CalMobile has much of the functionality of CalWorks but was designed for those times when the lab needs to go on-site and does not have Internet connectivity.

How does it work?

The customer is first selected in the CalWorks program and all of the data pertaining to those items belonging to this customer is transferred. All of the data that was accumulated On-site can be transferred electronically to the CalWorks program so nothing needs to be re-keyed into the software.

Licensing

CalMobile is normally included with the purchase of CalWorks. It can also be purchase separately. When a transfer of data is made from CalWorks to the CalMobile program one of the user licenses is transferred to the CalMobile program. After the work has been completed and the transfer of data it made back to the CalWorks program, the license is also transferred back to the CalWorks program.
