The support of CalWorks
Support of a program comes in many different fashions. There is training, customization, annual support and product updates and specific issues.

Training.

The training for CalWorks can come in various styles depending on your needs and requirements.

Full Implementation

Norvada does offer a full implementation process of CalWorks. This is detailed in the Implementation Phases document. The approximate cost of this process will be determined and agreed to before any work begins.

On-site Training

For those organizations that do not need a full implementation program, but do require on-site training. Norvada does offer on-site training at $100 per hour this includes travel time and travel expenses from Seattle are in addition to these expenses.

On-line Training

Norvada offers a on-line training program. This program is sold in 2 hour increments for $120.

Customization

The customization of CalWorks can be accomplished by either Norvada or your company. Norvada offers Custom Forms, Custom Reports, and Custom Programming. The rates for these vary and a workorder will be written and agreed to before any work is started. Norvada does offer a on-line course for the customization of the screens presented to the users. This is a two hour course for $120.

Annual Support & Product Updates

The Annual Support packages also include all of the Product Updates that will occur in the next year. The cost of this program is 20 percent of the licenses purchased at the time of the time of the initial purchase or annual installment. These is no limit to the number of support calls or incidents.

Product Updates

Product updates will not be sold outside of the Annual Support packages.

Specific Issue support

Specific issue support is available for those companies that have not renewed the annual support packages. These are billed on a credit card only with a 2 hour minimum. The charge is $60 per hour
